Do I need an account?
No. Saved shows and reminders work without signing in.
Why do some shows say “Zeit folgt” (time TBC)?
Because we don't guess times. The exact time usually comes out on the day of the show, and then it appears in the app.
A show is missing or the time is wrong.
In the app, go to Info and tap “Fehler melden” (report an error), or just email us. We'll fix it.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes, with whatever it loaded last. New times come through as soon as you have signal again.
How much does Playazeit cost?
Playazeit is free.
How do I report a bug?
Send a short email to contact@seidelprojects.com with your device, iOS version, app version and a description of what happened.
