Does the app replace a parking disc?
No. In Germany, only approved parking discs are valid. Parkback is just a personal reminder so you don't miss the time.
Why is the location inaccurate in a car park?
GPS barely gets through concrete. That's why the level, row and photo come first. As soon as you're back outside and open the app, it measures your location again.
Why does the countdown disappear after a few hours?
iOS keeps a Live Activity running for up to eight hours, after which it can stay on the lock screen for up to four more. You'll still get the reminder before your ticket runs out, even if you park for longer.
How much does Parkback cost?
Parkback is free and shows an ad banner. Parkback Pro, a one-time purchase of €3.99, removes the ads and adds parking costs and widgets. No subscription.
How do I report a bug?
Send a short email to contact@seidelprojects.com with your device, iOS version, app version and a description of what happened.
